Processing & Shipping Policy (Turnaround Time)

At Crafted Curiosities, every item is handmade and made to order. Please allow up to 3 business weeks (15 business days) for your order to be processed, created, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends, federal holidays, or carrier-observed holidays. Your turnaround time begins on the next business day after your order is successfully placed.

Important Information

• Purchasing expedited shipping does not reduce or change our processing/turnaround time. Expedited shipping only affects the delivery speed after your order has been shipped.
• During sales, product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, orders may take the full stated turnaround time.
• Orders cannot be canceled due to processing time if they are within the posted turnaround time.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping transit times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays, weather delays, carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses.

Agreement to These Terms

By placing an order with Crafted Curiosities, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Processing & Shipping Policy, including the current turnaround time of up to 3 business weeks (15 business days) before shipment. Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or cancellation request solely because an order is still within the posted turnaround time does not change these agreed-upon processing terms.

2. Handmade Products

All products are handmade and may vary slightly in color, placement, glitter distribution, or appearance. Minor variations are not considered defects and make each item unique.

3. Processing & Shipping

Our current turnaround time is up to 3 business weeks (15 business days) unless otherwise stated.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Expedited shipping only affects the shipping speed after your package has been shipped. It does not shorten our processing time.

4. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds will not be issued due to:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
• Failure to read product descriptions or policies
• Delays that occur while your package is in the possession of the shipping carrier
• Delays when your order is still within the posted turnaround time

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit when applicable.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Crafted Curiosities is no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

7. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our posted processing times and policies.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that is still within our stated turnaround time or otherwise complies with these Terms may delay or prevent our ability to resolve the matter directly with you. We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, communications, and proof of fulfillment to the payment processor or financial institution in response to any dispute.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and website content are the property of Crafted Curiosities and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafted Curiosities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
